Known as the Pearl of Africa, Uganda has a diverse landscape that will enchant anyone who visits the country. From the snow-capped Rwenzori Mountains to the immense Lake Victoria, Uganda is a land of rarities and unique features. For example, while it is uncommon for African lions to climb trees, Uganda is home to one of two lion populations that do make a habit of climbing trees (and even sleeping in them!) This tree-climbing lion population can be found in the Ishasha sector of the Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda. Inspired by pictures of Ugandan lions taking “big cat naps” in trees, Anderson Design Group poster artists hand-rendered a vintage travel poster of a lion family resting in a tree near a watering hole. Available as a poster, print, banner, canvas, notecard, postcard, or metal sign, this artwork looks fantastic as a centerpiece, conversation starter, or simply as an addition to one’s “wanderlust wall” of places they’d like to travel to.
