Mount Rainier National Park conserves and preserves one of the most stunning peaks in North America, Mount Rainier. The 236,000 acre park is one of the largest in the lower 48 states, featuring Mount Rainier as the focal point, and extending outwards from the huge volcanic peak to include the forests, valleys, lakes, and streams nearby, rich with flora and fauna. Visitors can take in the beauty that is the Pacific Northwest by adventuring through old-growth forests and hiking across wildflower-coated meadows, always with the impressive mountain peak within sight. To celebrate the park, Anderson Design Group collaborated with digital painter Mary Withers Kirkland on this alluring depiction of a cool mountain stream emanating from the melting snow pack on Mount Rainier.
