Welcome to Burano, an Italian island in the Adriatic Sea known for being the most colorful island in the world. Why? Because, by law, every home on the island has to be painted a different color! The result is endless shades of color nestled close together, a virtual storybook setting. This island is truly the epitome of Mediterranean splendor. Warm, sunny, blue water, fantastic sunsets, colorfully painted buildings, lazy, pleasant boat travel along endless canals, local cuisine, and salty air.
