The Space Shuttle was a partially reusable low Earth orbital spacecraft system operated from 1981 to 2011 by the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration as part of the Space Shuttle program. Between the first launch on April 12, 1981 and the final landing on July 21, 2011, NASA's space shuttle fleet -- Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis, and Endeavour -- flew 135 missions, helped construct the International Space Station and inspired generations. Space Shuttle Endeavour is a retired orbiter from NASA's Space Shuttle program and the fifth and final operational Shuttle built. It embarked on its first mission, STS-49, in May 1992 and its 25th and final mission, STS-134, in May 2011.To celebrate these historic achievements, Anderson Design Group has rendered this classic Space Travel Poster design. This retro-styled interstellar illustration will look great as an art print, notecard, postcard, metal sign, canvas, or mini canvas.
